Netitude looked after the handover from the outset, it was easy, and all our fears were eliminated very quickly. I could take a complete step back and let it all happen. There was complete transparency from the outset; Netitude ticked all the boxes for us. I would absolutely recommend Netitude.

Netitude reviewed, planned and organised the entire transition in advance, so we knew exactly what had to be done. Then Netitude organised local specialists to install the network to their specification so that the existing and new equipment could be moved and implemented in a single weekend. And it all worked!
When looking for a new IT team we looked at three companies. Netitude became the clear winners. We have been thankful since. Quick, efficient, helpful and polite. A delight to work with and an integral part of our business.
Since Netitude have taken over our IT systems, the staff morale has improved significantly, we all feel very comfortable in being able to contact them and are impressed at their friendly, helpful, “can do” approach.
