We've used Amnet for IT services for about 18 months now, and very satisfied. They promptly research and attack issues or problems with our network and PC's. They've taken up a level of support for our customized CRM and communicate with the CRM support staff on system issues. I especially like the suggestions they make to improve services and performance, even to the point of making recommendations which will reduce our costs (and their revenue). All the techs and engineers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We receive quarterly business reviews to help outline service levels and discuss directions for the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
