I just wanted to pass along high praises for all of your staff and personnel at DS Tech! Everyone we’ve worked with has been absolutely wonderful: knowledgeable, relatable (& able to “dumb down” explanations as needed), helpful and professional.
You’ve got a great team, which I’m sure you’re aware of, but just wanted to let you know we think so too!The hosted phone system was installed and configured quickly. We now have more features, a lower monthly bill and much better reliability!
All of this was done with no upfront fees and no phone system to purchase!With business data that continually grows, we were constantly buying more and more backup storage. However, DS Tech’s Unlimited Monitored Backup has allowed us the option of storing less data locally and unlimited data securely offsite. We now have a 7 year backup retention policy in place! The ability to backup more than just our servers, which include local and mobile business PCs/Laptops has given us a great peace of mind.
All of this is monitored and maintained through one simple management portal!It was a terrible start one Wednesday morning when my laptop hard drive died. However, thanks to the disaster planning put into place between Upper Peninsula State Bank and DS Tech, we had several weeks of backups to choose from. Within 30 minutes DS Tech had responded to the call and dispatched a technician. The tech was able to perform a 100% recovery within the same business day.
This is just one reason why we have done business with DS Tech for over 20 years.DS Tech’s Managed Firewall service has really simplified our branch connectivity and reporting. Having seven branches across three counties used to be a big communications challenge with lots of routing and single points of failure, but with the managed firewalls I have secure, redundantly connected communications between our locations.
