Reliability, security and avoided downtime were key for our project. Flair 4 IT illustrated not only the ability to manage this but, a good technical understanding of our requirements as well.
We knew that to support our growth we needed our IT systems to be bought up to date. Flair 4 IT helped us make this happen and in turn joined together 210 users across 8 countries both in the UK and Africa.
We were looking to find an IT support company that were small enough to care about us as a business but, big enough to be able to provide the level of support we needed. Flair 4 IT put ticks in all of these boxes and more!
Working with Flair 4 IT has allowed us to ensure our IT systems perform consistently even during our peak times. We also gained the capability for our systems to scale with our business avoiding short term fixes.
Flair 4 IT demonstrated a true understanding of our organisations processes and workflows which resulted in the major infrastructure upgrade being delivered without causing disruption to our veterinary practices.
Changing IT systems is never an easy task and there are always unseen pitfalls to deal with. Flair 4 IT’s project management meant that each pitfall was overcome with as little fuss as possible and in a manner which caused Carter Baynes the least disruption. The migration to the cloud was definitely the right solution for Carter Baynes and I doubt we could have achieved it without the help of the staff at Flair 4 IT.
Flair 4 IT made our experience moving to the cloud a very positive one. We were kept up to date throughout and they were always on hand to answer any questions we had.
Avoiding loss of data and any disruption to day to day operations during the migration were vital to us as an organisation. Flair 4 IT worked hard to understand our exact requirements, creating and delivering on a plan that ensured these things did not occur and that the project was delivered in a timely manner.
