It is peace of mind having 7th Dimension to handle the IT issues that arise from time to time, or when we are making changes to our systems/growing. I used to do all the IT myself. It was not fun nor am I an expert. The ease at which I can submit a ticket, get a timely response, and get our issues resolved quickly has been the biggest thing that makes 7th Dimension stand out.
These guys are the best. They always take the time to not only fix the issues, but to proactively help you understand so you don’t run into the same problems in the future. Not all of us are IT savvy. No matter who I work with, the time is taken to explain what’s happening in plain terms. Whenever I’ve needed something right away, I always get an answer quickly and that’s consistent with every department. These aren’t just the IT guys- This is Josh, Kirk, Brandon or Eric, who we’ve built real relationships with. I am so happy we were referred to them years ago!
We always feel taken care of and know who to turn to when we have any IT issues. It saves us a lot of time just sending any issues to 7th DI and not having to figure out how to handle it on our own. Their services are worth the investment. It will save you money and time in the long run. They offer affordable rates and provide services in a timely fashion. When we had a break in in our office, their team was here within the hour to make sure there was not an IT breach. When we need them the most, they are here!
