I am a woman of the world BUT...not of technology. Advantage Technologies found me through a very good friend. I was in need of technology that worked! If something happened, I did not want to be told to call "the other company." Patterson dental supply was not selling computers anymore and did not have the technology team to back up what they had. There were many of other tech companies out there but when I met Josh, and his team at Advantage tech, we knew it would be cyber love at first site. His team came and in took inventory of what we had, decided to make some changes, and off we went with the smoothest operation system we have ever had. When we call the problem is fixed, if you need someone on site you get it, and to top it off you get a weekly processing report to show the protection of your operating system. You have another server on site so if your system, for some crazy reason crashes, AT will log in and have you up and running in no time. Another wonderful aspect to AT is that you have the option to either lease or purchase your equipment. I give them a 10!!

Running a busy periodontal practice can be a challenge and the last thing we need is to have technical glitches. I have very limited computer skills and Advantage Technologies has been a lifesaver! The technicians are not only quick to respond and knowledgeable, but patient and kind -- they don’t make me feel as if I am a computer ‘nitwit’. Advantage Technologies’ customer service and follow-through are exceptional, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
