Awesome effort on Saturday… above and beyond in resolving the server issue, making sure we were fully functioning before calling it a “long” day.
Using Keystone to handle all of my technology needs, I’m actually able to get a higher level of tech support and expertise, for much less than if we tried to do it ourselves.
We’ve been a Keystone customer for nearly a decade and we’ve both gone through many changes. Without Keystone’s technical knowledge, service-oriented staff, and willingness to investigate any new project we wanted to embark upon, we would not be where we are: ready for electronic medical records (EMR) with meaningful use. That means a lot! We have always gotten excellent service and look forward to working together for many more years on.
It’s rare in the age of technology that a service relationship lasts 10 years. Yet, in February, that’s how long since I first placed my trust in Keystone. First, they helped me ramp and sell an innovative business – WorkPlace Media – and now they’re helping me ramp an innovative non-profit foundation – www.thebusinessofgood.com I trust these folks with my biggest and my smallest projects, and they’ve never let me down.
Recently we had a very large and critical project that required intensive computer resources in order to process through millions of records iteratively. The current platform Keystone provides works great for our day to day operations, but our needs necessitated a completely new setup to accommodate the amount of data we were processing without disturbing current operations.
When we discussed it with the team at Keystone, they offered to build a new server and make it available to us the next day at no extra charge. They migrated the necessary data and tools and ensured we could access it in order to run our analysis. This enabled us to successfully finish our project on time. Without Keystone going the extra mile – we were in jeopardy of missing a key deadline for our company.
