My business relies very heavily on IT and digital resources, even more now in the past 12 months, I just need the IT to work well 100% of the time! My previous IT support supplier simply couldn’t provide me with the level or speed of support that I needed, so I moved to AnyTech 3 years ago. Since then, they have looked after me and my growing team extremely well, dealing with the varied challenges quickly and efficiently. Our use of IT and digital technology continues to grow and we are close to completing a major digital transformation project across the business to greatly enhance the offering to clients. Anytech services are an essential part of our business, we could not operate without robust IT. When I consider the opportunity cost and wasted time of not having robust systems, it’s clear they represent excellent value for money.The team have supported Evolve from start to finish during our IT update, as well as being an integral part of the restructuring, creation and installation of the IT needed for our Co-working Hub which launched October 2020. Chris and his team took our initial brief and came back to us with easy to understand suggestions, quotes and a plan of action. Always just a phone call away if we had any questions, communication from Chris and his team was great and we felt comfortable with the plan and confident installation would be finished by our launch date (which of course it was!).
Since our IT update and install of new hardware and systems, a more streamlined way of working has been implemented at Evolve, which has really helped now we working from home intermittently – making life a little easier and those dreaded IT issues one less thing to worry about!
With our new easy to use system in place for our Co-working Hub, it’s a simple process to add new co-workers, whether they be monthly or daily users, to the system to access the internet. Having this flexibility makes the job really easy.
Being an IT novice and finding any IT issue slightly daunting, Anytech are ALWAYS my first port of call… the team are always happy to help even if we realise it’s not their issue to solve, the team are happy to advise me what I should do next – making the issue less daunting! They are a great extension of our team.The big thing is I know my guys don’t have to worry about IT. I used to live in fear of our server or network going down and that someone would have to be taken off a project to try to attend to the issue. Now we feel as though we have a real partner of the business that will ensure that we can focus on what we are good at and what we love.
