Thank Goodness for ACS – Huw and his seemingly-ever-available Team of IT Experts calmly cure all our computing ills, assist with setting up new systems and keeping us up to date with cyber-security. In these post-Covid times, the ability to work efficiently anywhere using a system that is easily understood, integrated and learned is key to the success of my business.
ACS have looked after our IT for the last 8 years offering both a friendly and efficient service to all our staff in head office and the regions. They handle all computer and phone related issues. They were responsible for setting up our new SharePoint Intranet site and have worked tirelessly over the Covid-19 period to ensure minimal disruption whilst working remotely.
For close to twenty years we have relied on ACS to keep our technology up-to-date and functioning effectively. We have always been hugely impressed by the calm and efficient way Huw and his excellent team have invariably resolved the problem. They have always been extremely quick to respond, which, in a business which relies fully on email and connectivity is essential.
ACS have worked with WT for over 10 years, developing an IT network which connects our UK offices together. They are proactive in suggesting ways to further develop and improve our IT network. ACS deliver a high level of service, which has enabled our Leeds office to obtain ISO 27001 Data Security certification and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation across our UK offices.
The ACS team have looked after all our IT needs and technical requirements for over 20 years and I would highly recommend them.
