The company originally began selling, servicing, and providing training for CPT word processors to companies around the Evansville, Indiana tri-state area. As computers began to become more prevalent, Automated Office Solutions transitioned with the technology and sold and serviced business computers. They ARE my computer department and do a great job taking care of everything computer related, plus have always exceeded my expectations on service. AOS has done a great job of keeping me from having any downtime or data loss.
I am very satisfied with the Automated Office Solutions (AOS) team. County government offers many challenges for an IT department and they have surpassed our expectations. When we first started working with AOS we had issues ranging from networking small office systems to backup and recovery. Their team has a can do attitude. They work together with their customer to format a written plan and then implement the plan ahead of schedule. I am truly happy with the professional staff and the level of knowledge this company offers. I would highly recommend this company to any size business who is ready to take their IT seriously.
As a 911 dispatch center we need around the clock IT assistance. With AOS, and their wonderful staff, we are provided with 24 hour service all year. They have taken the initiative to provide us with an after hours on call number and service. They will answer anytime we are in need of their service.
