We lost our building and contents, including computers, but the data that runs our business was safe and sound having backed up offsite just two hours prior to the fire starting. By 7PM on April 2 BridgeNet had fully restored our data to an offsite computer and we were back in our accounting system, posting transactions. Our building was gone but our data was secure thanks to BridgeNet.
I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude to you and your entire staff for helping us through what could have been a horrible situation. Receiving word that your entire server had a complete meltdown resulting in data loss isn’t something that anyone wants to hear. However, due to quick thinking and determination on Bridgenet’s part we were able to pick up right where we left off the very next day in order to conduct business as if nothing had happened.
