It’s been a great experience working with WestSpring IT. From the initial review of what was needed, through re-designing our IT setup to day to day IT support the service has been excellent. Their investment in getting things right the first time has meant that IT support issues have reduced to the lowest levels we’ve ever had.
The team at WestSpring are professional, experienced and nothing is ever a problem. They have managed our IT infrastructure since 2017, which included a move to new premises, assisting us with our cyber security and gaining ISO27001 since switching we haven’t once had a problem with them. Very highly recommended!
As an online business, our IT functionality is of paramount importance. Working with WestSpring has been brilliant, they initially helped us update our email system to ensure effective communication with customers and have since provided ongoing support with all IT functions. The team are always quick to help with, and resolve, any issue and do so in a friendly and professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
