The Connect Group's creative approach before and after the implementation of our phone system has been proven to be exceptionally helpful, particularly in the realm of staff efficiency and productivity. Prior to installation they analyzed our business processes and designed a system around them. Subsequent to installation they provided comprehensive, in depth training to the staff to ensure our new technology would be used to its fullest potential in order to streamline those processes.

We are now doing business in our new space in the heart of Bozeman and Connect had a vital part to play in that move. I had reserved some time with Randy Begger for a Saturday in the middle of July for help in connecting the new SIP trunk lines to a Cisco Call Manager. Randy was there when we needed him and he worked tirelessly into the night to resolve problems with the connection and then came in the next day for a final check. He has always displayed a customer first attitude in our dealing with him.
Chris and Kelle, as well as others in your organization, have a great working knowledge of the new system and they were definitely an asset in providing us with excellent customer service. We always receive prompt replies to question, including those that were more technical in nature and required a "techs" level of expertise to be answered. From updating our messages to changing our button tags, all requests have been met with an immediate and enthusiastic response from Kelle.
I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased we at Rock Creek Electric are with the service we received from the Connect Group. George Blackard and Scott Young did a fine job with my phone and data partner programs and my new telephone system is working great. Brian did a professional job on the installation and it's great to know I will not have to worry about any of my telecom/data and all I have to do is pick up the phone and it's taken care of.
I wanted to take a minute and write a short note to express my gratitude to Connect Telephone and Computer Group. We, at Stone Mountain Carpet Outlet, use the phones extensively in our operations. We chose Connect as our provider several years ago and have been pleased with their service department as well as their responsiveness to our needs.
