The combination of BIG’s design and implementation experience and their structured cabling partner Gettle, really made this daunting project enjoyable. Both entities were more than willing to work in our difficult environment of an open and operating amusement park and were very receptive to our needs, requirements and sometimes changing conditions.
As we got into implementation, the service BIG gave us to support Vista was just phenomenal. I’m super happy that I chose BIG. They are always there to help.
One of the main things we look at is the reliability of the products that we use. Trust is huge and we trust BIG. They work well with the staff at the district, and you can ask BIG anything, and they have the answers and that’s great to hear.
