I wanted to drop you a quick note just to let you know how impressed I am with Derek’s professionalism and his work ethic. He triaged the server meltdown and API got us online much faster than I expected. He is so attentive to our needs and, city staff has great confidence in his skills.
I just wanted to pass along my sincere thanks to you guys, we had a big issue this morning and even though it’s a holiday I got really great service from whoever answered the phone (sorry not sure who, a very pleasant woman) and a FAST call back from Derek. No one here is very tech-savvy, but he walked me through some testing and found a solution in less than 10 minutes. We have always had a great experience working with API and today was just another example of your quality team.
Over the past 8 to 10 months, API has transformed our desktop computer, remote access, and networking environments in ways that allow us to perform our work better and faster. These systems are scalable and flexible and, in concert with Scott’s expansive and intensive knowledge of the underlying technologies, will meet our increasing demands and changing needs over the next few years.
We just wanted to let you know how much we love Derek Hussey!! He helps us out no questions asked, always available and willing to help – if he isn’t available to do it, he always finds someone who can. And on top of all that, he is always so happy and cheerful! Great guy! You guys are lucky to have him.
