i-Teach have exemplified what we want from a partner organisation. Their commitment to supporting us, to helping us find the right solutions (when sometimes they may mean i-Teach doesn’t financially gain) and to developing our staff has been exceptional. I have been the headteacher of two schools and in both of them I have partnered with i-Teach. If I move again, they’ll be asked to come with me.
I have been particularly impressed with i-Teach in my current school as despite being a large (500+ pupils) primary school we don’t employ a technician. I initially thought this would be a nightmare. However, I have come to realise that the time and energy i-Teach have put in to our school to find the right solutions, to match the LA infrastructure and to improve it where possible, has meant that we rarely need serious technical support – and when we have, i-Teach have been there to guide us and provide solutions.
