Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project team to deliver projects adhering to project methodologies and frameworks
• Implement projects within budget, timeline and scope
• Work closely with our sales team to contribute to winning projects and participate in presales/scoping activities
• Ability to demonstrate to be a SME in your technical domain
• Demonstrate ability to perform and think in a professional services mindset
• Focus on technical but be customer centric to deliver customer satisfaction
• Continuous improvement including upskill, certification and new technologies

Requirements

• Previous experience in project delivery or professional services working for a Managed Services Provider
• Proven ability in deploying architecture based on Solutions Architect designs
• Previous experience working within a PMO (Project Management) team
• Implementation knowledge on Microsoft M365 and Entra ID services ranging from Intune (AutoPilot), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Conditional Access
• Implementation knowledge with vendors such as Veeam, Mimecast, Dell, VMware
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
• Certifications based on technical skillset
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exposure in Presales activities
• Contribute effectively to the team ensuring efforts are aligned toward achieving team/business goals
