You will be responsible for driving new opportunities and filling our pipeline with prospective customers and driving deals to a close. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as the trusted face of Atarix. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Growth and Account Executive to help align our solutions with the customers’ needs to ensure we’re on track to hitting our ambitious revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed daily KPIs based on calling and appointment setting in a 100% hunting role.
  • Schedule new business meetings with qualified decision-makers
  • Creating, planning & executing outbound sales campaigns; focused on lead generation & qualification to drive new business with social, calls and emails
  • Document prospect conversations and updates in Salesforce with clear and concise notes
  • Convert sales-ready leads to the sales team for further follow-up
  • Utilise all social & professional channels & tools to research and engage with prospects
  • Works effectively in a team environment to support the achievement of sales goals and deliver on customer service levels for prospect engagement
  • Achieve your goals with integrity and professionalism
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of Atarix and the technology we use

Qualifications:

  • A burning hunger and drive to excel in your role
  • The ability to grab people’s attention and stand out from the crowd in a super busy world
  • Highly dependable with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • A growth mindset and an interest in building a career in software sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar outbound appointment setting role (legal or conveyancing experience a bonus but not a necessity)
  • The tenacity, energy and discipline to work independently within a collaborative team environmen
