They make sure that they take the time to understand our environment / business needs and recommend solutions that are fit for purpose and follow industry best practise. They have successfully assisted us with a number of consolidation projects and although there is sometimes the “unknown, unknown” factor, they work well under pressure and ensure that we are able to deliver on our commitments. We see Atarix as a part of our team and not an external MSP.
Growing an organization from 4 to 40 people in 4 months required Atarix to provide an extremely responsive service. Atarix has also played a key role in the integration process across various platforms after the acquisition of an additional business. The process has been quite complex and time consuming. While having a well-structured approach Atarix has always been willing to be flexible, providing a significant role in the establishment of the business and supporting major initiatives and the growth of the business.
