Datanet offers a highly flexible and personal hosting service, in fact we know almost all their staff on first name terms. I was impressed from day one, when we were given a full tour of the facility and Health & Safety induction before committing to the rack contract. I’ve also been especially pleased with the flexibility around access to the data centre, their assistance liaising with our contractors and the promptness of technical support.
We opted for Datanet’s offering because it could provide us with a good turn-around time on installations along with a competitive pricing and good Service level Agreements. Since installing Datanet’s ADSL lines, the transaction times have been substantially reduced down to just 4 seconds from 15 seconds at some of our key sites.
Datanet have provided us with a secure, flexible solution that enables our business to continue to develop and grow. They also provide and maintain all the firewall and VPN infrastructure between the stores and our head office.
