Incompetent and unethical. I contracted Metro CSG to move me over to MSFT 365. After 5 months they still could not configure the VOIP phone they had me buy to work in the MSFT environment they set up. Cannot access contacts or perform basic functions. Every small issue involves multiple "support tickets" with no continuity of support technician. An employee of mine left, Metro CSG helped me decommission his computer and port his phone number away, but still insisted on charging me for support for this employee going forward since I didn't submit a separate termination ticket in writing. I guess they thought an employee without a computer or phone needed tech support (I even told my Metro CSG contact he left, but didn't put in writing). Need to question ethics here. I changed vendors. But when making the change they sent me an email threatening not to release any of the codes and passwords necessary until I paid them for the support for the “phantom” computer. So you can add data blackmail to the list of Metro CSG business practices.
Excellent client services. Smooth migration experience and great support turn around times. Engineers are very knowledgeable and responsive to the clients needs. Always above and beyond regarding support issues and the plain old mundane questions.
With help from Metro’s knowledgeable engineering staff we knew we were in good hands. Whenever we have had any technical issues or concerns they have always been accommodating to our needs.
I highly and enthusiastically recommend MetroCSG as a company you can feel confident to work with for your mail migration. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and are experts as far as Office 365, Azure, etc. is concerned.
I am glad that we made the choice to work with Microsoft Office 365, it would not have been possible without the expert advice, professionalism and caring of Metro CSG. We are very grateful to the team.
