We had a number of challenges that included working with Dropbox and cloud storage when we attempted to share documents – we needed a solution that would make working across sites easier.
The move to Office 365 mirrors a professional organisation that’s set for that growth and ready for the task ahead. GCC are absolutely brilliant. The transition was completely seamless!Naturally, we went with GCC as they translated our needs in a non-IT manner and we liked the personable way in which they approached the project.
The new solution has increased productivity levels by allowing staff to extract the information they need from anywhere, when they need it and it’s updated instantly so all employees are up-to-date when speaking to a client.The technology helps us feel like one company. We can work more efficiently together across all four parts of the business and that’s helping to improve customer service, engage and integrate employees, and really enhance our sales and marketing processes. GCC understands our business and what we need, and that has been an important part of standardising our IT.
It’s all about making sure our geographically spread and remote teams can get access to the systems and easily keep in contact. That requires an infrastructure that is reliable and scalable and almost invisible.GCC clearly understood what we needed and we had no hesitation in accepting their recommendations.
We have been very satisfied with all aspects of our relationship with GCC. The fact that we have already recommended them to another company speaks for itself.When you’re supplying boilers to schools, hospitals and care homes, you’ve got to respond fast.
