The staff at Computer West are very quick to respond to any issues or alterations that our systems require and we feel that we are getting good value for money. They are very easy to deal with, and we are relieved to have finally found a computer service supplier that can communicate with us in a way that we can understand.
I have dealt with Computer West in Busselton for the last 10 years and have always found them to be extremely helpful in their manner and service. When I worked for the Department of Education the network initially was not part of the current SOE and at this time Computer West helped with networking problems and were always more than willing to help even at extremely short notice.
Whiteland Milling has been using Computer West’s [managed] support for the past six years. During this time, we have been extremely happy with the service and support provided by the staff at Computer West. Fortunately, we have only had a couple of occasions when we have had a major computer problem and each time, the response and backup support has been outstanding. On a weekly basis when small issues arise, we phone and the issue is either resolved immediately over the phone or a technician comes to site within a few hours. As our business relies heavily on computers and the internet, we are grateful to have the support of Computer West.
We have been on a contract basis for probably just over 12 months. Our experience with all Computer West’s staff has been excellent, [they are] always of help and deal with any problems if not immediately always within the day when they can access our computer after we close. All the staff are very pleasant to deal with and don’t make a computer dummy feel silly!!!!
