The staff at BAMITS are the most enthusiastic and personable people I have met and have an extensive IT knowledge and thirst for greater knowledge. Our organisation has obtained a significant enhancement to our IT Network with the installation of a Citrix environment in rapid time and BAMITS has been able to pass on the knowledge and skills required for our people to operate this new environment.
We’ve been working with BAMITS since June 2017 and quite honestly it’s been the best move we’ve made for our company’s IT support services. The BAMITS team are efficient and extremely competent with technical expertise in a number of key areas. BAMITS have advised us on all areas from PC replacement, backup systems, and security – with advance notifications of emerging threats. The BAMITS team recently undertook our server replacement project and from start to finish we were kept informed of project status and had support at every step. They arranged a project-closure meeting to ensure we were fully satisfied and if there were any learnings they could take away to improve future projects. BAMITS also managed our recent transition to NBN,which meant we didn’t experience any downtime like a lot of other companies. We could not be more satisfied with the team at BAMITS and their professionalism.
Newhaven College has used BAMITS as our school wide MPS for just over 12 months now. We have found BAMITS to be a truly invaluable partner in supplying and managing all of our Information Technology needs throughout this time. They managed a smooth transition from our previous MSP without issue, and service delivery has improved in standard dramatically. Project work is completed on budget and on time on every occasion. Their staff are highly responsive and action Help Desk requests swiftly and efficiently with no fuss.
BAMITS leadership staff are accessible and remain in constant contact with College Leadership staff, are keen to hear about how the company can improve its performance in all areas and are proactive in looking to help the school achieve its long-term goals in the area of Information Technology and supporting the learning outcomes of our students. -
