As a business that has grown from 10 users on our network to 25 in just over 12 months we needed an IT partner that would help us through this transition but also maintain our systems on a regular basis. BusinessWorks have been able to fulfill this function and by entering into a support agreement we have been able to keep up with our IT requirements. They have been terrific support for us resultant in very few interruptions in the IT area thanks to this partnership. Being able to obtain equipment at a competitive price, have it delivered and installed by the business partner that maintains the network for us has saved us a great deal of time and money and we get a solution that works.
We've had Business Works on board as our IT partner for 12 months having switched from a similar firm that we weren't happy with. It has been a terrific change. Business Works have a good understanding of our system and are always available to troubleshoot on short notice should an immediate problem arise. The cost is reasonable for both service and sales, being able to purchase at a good price from our service partner gives us greater confidence in the reliability and service of our hardware. This is just a quick note to thank you, Marcus, Michael, Stuart and all your staff for your professional services since we contacted you in January this year. Business Works looked at our existing system, listened to our requirements, explained their suggestions and were happy to make changes as we fine-tuned our new system. Business Works managed the move of our IT equipment to our new premises and got us up and going on schedule, all before our clients noticed. Business Works then managed our systems migration to new servers, a couple of months later. Our systems were cleaned up and any glitches were explained and fixed promptly. When we have required IT support, your staff have always been courteous and professional. They have attended to our problems promptly and have resolved them in a timely manner. We would be happy to recommend Business Works and its staff.
BMF Construction Pty Ltd has been using Business Works for almost two years to look after its Computer requirements. We entered into a monthly support agreement which enabled us to have an experienced engineer visit our site on a monthly basis to address any non-urgent issues. In addition to this we have access to that engineer and if he is not available there is always someone in support to help us address any issues that crop up. We have always found Business Works to operate in a very Professional Manner and any issues we have had have been resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
